The following is a list of items and issues NOT covered by warranty:
For none product quality issue return, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. If return reason is product quality issue, EHang will cover the shipping costs.
If the customer paid for shipping of a warranty covered drone, EHang will cover the shipping cost via refund.
