    GHOSTDRONE 2.0 App

    EHang GHOSTDRONE is controlled via smartphone App. To ensure best performance, please keep the App updated. The App can be updated by following the instructions in the in-app update notification.

    EHang Warranty and Support Guideline

    Full refund can be requested within 7 business days from receiving the product. The returned product must remain its original packing with all provided accessories
    Free exchange can be requested under one or more of the following conditions:
    Product has sustained damages in transit.
    Manufacturing defect(s)
    Malfunction unit with 2 or more repair histories.
    Free repair can be requested within 12 months of purchase. The following conditions must be met for the free repair services:
    The product is still within the warranty period, and used as intended by the manufacturer.
    No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation performed on the unit.
    Be able to provide proof of purchase.

    Limited Warranty

    The following is a list of items and issues NOT covered by warranty:

    Copter or parts exceeded the repair/exchange period or warranty period.
    None product defects, normal wear or damages resulting from use of the product.
    Unable to provide valid warranty card or proof of purchase.
    Defects or damages from misuse, accident or neglect, improper operation, maintenance, installa- tion, or other activities that may void the warranty. (Such as crashed drone, lost drone or devices)
    Unauthorized modification, disassembling or shell opening which did not follow the instruction of official manuals.
    Damage caused by the use of improper charger for the battery.
    Damage caused by operating the drone in electromagnetic interference environment (i.e. mining area, radio transmitting tower, high-voltage wire, etc)
    Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized repair center or dealer.
    Damages caused by operating the drone with weights greater than safe takeoff weight.
    Damages or issues caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as flood, lightning strikes, etc.).


    For none product quality issue return, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. If return reason is product quality issue, EHang will cover the shipping costs.

    If the customer paid for shipping of a warranty covered drone, EHang will cover the shipping cost via refund.

    The warranty period might differ in countries or areas outside of the U.S. . The local warranty shall be the sole reference.Warranty is valid since the date of receipt.
