EHang and Minth Group Establish Strategic Partnership on Value Chain of Low-Altitude Economy




GUANGZHOU, China, July 23, 2025 – EHang Holdings Limited (“EHang” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EH), the world’s leading urban air mobility (“UAM”) technology platform company, announced that the establishment of strategic partnership with Minth Group (HKEX: 00425), a global leader in the manufacturing of exterior and structural automotive parts. In alignment with China’s national strategy to accelerate the development of the low-altitude economy, the two companies will join forces to co-develop high-safety airframe systems for EHang’s electric vertical takeoff and landing (“eVTOL”) aircraft and demonstration scenarios for cultural tourism. By combining technological synergies and industrial innovation, this partnership aims to architect an value chain ecosystem and accelerate the real-world adoption of low-altitude technology.

Under the agreement, EHang and Minth Group will jointly develop the airframe systems for low-altitude aerial vehicles, including customized solutions of lightweight and highly secure body design, lightweight and scalable production of cabin interior components,as well as intelligent cockpit human-computer interaction systems, to further enhance the core competitiveness of EHang’s eVTOL products. In addition, leveraging EHang’s pioneering expertise in pilotless human-carrying aircraft, and Minth Group’s proprietary nonlinear dynamic modeling and multi-objective parametric simulation platform, the two parties will focus on the development of rotor systems with high-reliability, low-noise and high-efficiency, committed to breaking through the technical bottleneck of the coordinated optimization of aerodynamic efficiency and operational economy.


Meanwhile, EHang and Minth Group will jointly promote demonstration operation for low-altitude cultural tourism to showcase collaborative innovation results and develop eVTOL urban sightseeing business. A dedicated demonstration base for cultural tourism will be built to showcase the practical use of low-altitude, human-carrying aircraft in real-world UAM scenarios.
