San Jose, USA , November 7, 2025 — EHang Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EH) (“EHang” or “the Company”), the world’s leading Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology enterprise, announced that its flagship product, the EH216-S, made a surprise debut at the eVTOL USA Conference in Silicon Valley. As the only Chinese technology company invited to the prestigious event—which gathered top global players in the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sector—EHang drew widespread attention.
EHang’s Chief Financial Officer Conor Yang delivered a keynote speech titled “From Pioneering to the Future: EHang’s Roadmap for eVTOL Airworthiness Certification and Commercialization.” In his presentation, Yang shared deep insights into EHang’s global strategy and scalable operations, emphasizing the company’s commitment to safety, autonomous technology, and its leadership in airworthiness certification. His address became one of the most discussed highlights of the conference.

EHang’s Milestones in the U.S. AAM Market
The United States is a key market for AAM, supported by progressive policies, market awareness, and a vibrant capital environment. Silicon Valley—renowned as the “Innovation Hub”—is home to world-leading technology, AI, and AAM enterprises including Apple, Google, and NVIDIA, as well as domestic eVTOL pioneers such as Joby Aviation and Archer Aviation.
As part of its globalization strategy, EHang has achieved multiple milestones in the U.S. market:
• On December 12, 2019, EHang became the world’s first publicly listed AAM company when it went public on Nasdaq.
• In January 2020, with support and approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the EH216-S completed its first public flight demonstration in the U.S. at the Wright Brothers National Memorial in North Carolina—marking a landmark moment in civil aviation history.
Breakthrough Certification and Commercialization Achievements
At this year’s Silicon Valley event, EHang presented a globally recognized showcase of technological innovation. Following the EH216-S’s successful acquisition of the “Three Airworthiness Certificates” from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), two EH216-S operators were awarded the first-ever Operating Certificates (OC) for passenger-carrying unmanned aircraft by the CAAC in March 2025. This achievement marked the completion of EHang’s commercial operation loop and a historic breakthrough in the global AAM industry.
In October 2025, EHang unveiled its next-generation VT-35 long-range autonomous passenger eVTOL, capable of serving intercity, cross-sea, and mountainous transportation routes. The VT-35 shares compatible take-off and landing infrastructure with the EH216-S, forming a seamless “city-to-city” product ecosystem. Together, they build a comprehensive AAM solution that addresses diverse travel scenarios and contributes innovative value to the global eVTOL industry’s development and commercialization.

Spotlight at eVTOL USA 2025
As one of North America’s largest AAM industry events, eVTOL USA 2025 focuses on policy advancement, technological innovation, and global collaboration. The conference gathered dozens of leading AAM enterprises, supply-chain partners, and over 500 representatives from government regulators, industry experts, academia, and media.
EHang’s self-developed EH216-S, making its first public appearance in Silicon Valley, quickly became the center of attention. Professionals and scholars from organizations including Joby Aviation, Jaunt Air Mobility, PIVTOL, Wisk Aero, AIBOT, the University of California, Berkeley, and Delaware State University visited EHang’s booth for on-site exploration and experience.
During the conference, EHang also hosted an exclusive Silicon Valley roadshow, where CFO Conor Yang introduced the EH216-S’s disruptive innovations and commercialization progress to CEOs, CMOs, and investors from leading U.S. companies. The presentation received enthusiastic applause and high praise from participants.

“Our breakthroughs in airworthiness certification and commercialization have set a replicable, referenceable success model for the global AAM industry,” said Conor Yang, Chief Financial Officer of EHang. “EHang has achieved more than 76,000 safe autonomous flight sorties worldwide, maintaining an outstanding safety record. Meanwhile, we continue to advance UAM operation centers and demonstration projects in key markets including Spain, Japan, Thailand, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Through this Silicon Valley platform, we aim to share EHang’s proven practices and visionary roadmap, strengthen international collaboration, and reinforce confidence in EHang’s long-term growth as a global industry leader. We remain committed to promoting scalable, sustainable, and high-quality development of the global AAM sector.”
