Madrid, Spain, January 27th, 2026 — EHang Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EH) (“EHang” or the “Company”), a global leader in advanced air mobility (“AAM”) technology, announced the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Real Automóvil Club de España (RACE), Spain´s leading automobile club and founding member of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), to explore joint initiatives at the intersection of Advanced Air Mobility, motorsport innovation, and next-generation mobility services.

The agreement was signed at the FITUR 2026 exhibition in Madrid by Ms. Victoria Xiang, EHang Chief Operating Officer for Europe and Latin America, and Mr. Carmelo Sanz de Barros, President of RACE and RACE Foundation and concurrently President of the FIA Senate, in the presence of Mr. Luis Miguel Torres, the General Director of Transport and Mobility of the Community of Madrid. The signing ceremony was also attended by Mr. Jorge F. Delgado, CEO of RACE and President of FIA Region 1 (Europe, Africa and the Middle East), as well as Mr. Ignacio Fernández, Madrid Jarama - RACE Circuit and RACE Foundation Director.

Under the MoU, EHang and RACE intend to collaborate on initiatives that leverage RACE’s longstanding expertise in motorsport, safety, training, and high-performance mobility environments, together with EHang’s pioneering pilotless eVTOL aircraft systems and AAM operations. In addition, the cooperation aims to support testing, demonstration flights, ecosystem development, and public engagement activities.
As part of the cooperation framework, EHang and RACE will conduct demonstration and validation flights with EHang eVTOL aircraft in a controlled environment, including operations at Madrid Jarama - RACE Circuit. The parties will also engage in regulatory and safety dialogue with public authorities and mobility stakeholders, to progress with safety standards and regulations in the field of Advanced Air Mobility for its effective development and implementation. EHang and RACE will further carry out different communication and education activities to gain public awareness on AAM and sustainable mobility.

For his part, the President of RACE, Mr. Carmelo Sanz de Barros, also in his capacity as President of the FIA Senate, stressed that the collaboration with EHang "is a decisive boost for the agenda of major milestones in motorsport and on the future of mobility planned for this year in Madrid which, for the first time in history, it will host the two most outstanding World Championships on the international calendar: Formula E and Formula 1".

EHang EH216-S eVTOL aircraft is the world's first certified people-carrying pilotless eVTOL, and the Company is ready to commence commercial operations in China.
