Barcelona, Spain, March 09, 2026 — EHang (Nasdaq: EH), the world’s leading Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology platform company, today announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Türk Telekom, Türkiye’s leading telecommunications and digital solutions provider, and its technological subsidiary Argela.

The partnership establishes a framework for the joint development and deployment of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) solutions in Türkiye, integrating EHang’s certified EH216-S pilotless eVTOL aircraft with Argela’s Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) system and Türk Telekom’s advanced 5G, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
The signing ceremony took place at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026, the world’s largest connectivity and digital innovation event, and was executed by the Chief Executive Officer of Türk Telekom Group Mr. Ebubekir Şahin, the Chief Executive Officer of Argela Mr. Ismail Emanet, and the Chief Operating Officer of EHang for Europe and Latin America Ms. Victoria Jing Xiang. The event was formally presided over and endorsed by the Deputy Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, and attended by numerous international media representatives and industry stakeholders.

Under the agreement, EHang’s EH216-S electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft integrated with Argela’s UTM system and Türk Telekom’s 5G network will be utilized for pilotless operations across Türkiye.
These operations are intended to support regulatory engagement, validate UTM integration, and accelerate the deployment of scalable commercial use cases including passenger air mobility, aerial tourism, logistics and cargo transport, and medical delivery services. The initiative represents a foundational step toward establishing a robust and digitally connected Low Altitude Economy in Türkiye.

Argela is a technology subsidiary of Türk Telekom, specializing in next-generation telecommunications R&D and innovation.
